so, let's get this started. this here is damien, or d, for short. he's seventeen this year, and has been a local resident since he was born. he's an orphan, but he has an older sister, buth he barely sees her anyway (she's a professor and goes on sabbaticals very often). you could describe him as outgoing, fun-loving and adventurous, but at times he is more of a sensitive guy than anything. music is what you could call his passion (mainly piano and guitar player, singer, as well as songwriter), and though he lacks any noticeable muscle accumulation, he is brave, optimistic, and mentally fit. damien is overall a fun person to be around, with his own unique quirks and flaws.

like any sane, normal, non-hermit human being, damien is bound to have a few friends. even though he is the outgoing type, he wouldn't have a gigantic social circle because, let's face it, he is more of a nice guy than a bad boy, and doesn't really like partying and hanging around large groups of people. to be his friend you could need tolerance, patience, and... good taste. =P in return you would receive a loyal but sometimes foolish friend whose only goal is to make you smile every single day.

enemies. nobody is perfect, so damien will definitely have a couple. but the reason for them hating him might not make him hate them back, let me tell you. damien is an optimist and always looks for the good in people, and is more forgiving than he appears. but if someone hates him for no reason at all, he'd definitely dislike them back. because if you're just being hateful for no apparent reason, well, what on earth is wrong with you?

ahh, adolescent years, where a teen shall fall prey to young love and... hormones. okay, forget what i just said. anyway, damien tends to crush on girls who are way out of his league, and it's normally a one in a million shot for them to like him back. he's had a girlfriend once, but she was here for a summer vacation and thought of him as a holiday fling, when he really did like her. it's hard for him to bounce back, so if there will be this sort of relationship, you might need to be friends for a while first. let me know what you think!

Damien && Stephie. Okay, so I kind of want to plot with these two because they seem kind of similar, but I'm brain-dead at the moment. xD Stephanie, like Damien, is outgoing and pretty optimistic. She's creative... and, doesn't really have any musical abilities, but she does adore music. She helps with one of her best friends' bands frequently with wardrobe and organization and such. Stephie is one to make friends with someone just because and can be pretty open-minded. She's also kind of childish at times. xD

But, yeah, that's just a bit on Stephanie. I don't really have too much in mind. Maybe friends? Maybe something else. Haha, sorry, I'm pretty muse-less. But, let me know any thoughts you have on them!

Hmm. It sounds good, I think Stephie could be in Damien's inner circle and such. Maybe she could be Damien's critic? xD If she can't play, at least she could tell him whether she likes his new songs or not. She's creative, right? So maybe she can provide him with ideas or something. I don't know. Tell me what you think of it. I don't know, I'm kind of museless with ideas. =P

What about childhood friends or such? They're both locals, and in such a small town people are bound to meet at young ages. I'm assuming that there's only one elementary school, so if Steph was here since she was born, they would definitely know each other then, or something, right? Let me know if you like it or want to scratch it off and try something else. =)

Damien && Stephie. Haha, I like it. xD They could be childhood friends. Steph spent her entire life in Brookside, so they would easily go to the same elementary, since there is only one. They would have to have met each other there and maybe just clicked. In turn, I could see her being a bit of a critic for him. Maybe just help him bounce his ideas around and such? She knows some what about music... but, she can't really play. I think she'd be able to give him some thoughts, though. =) But, yeah, I like your thoughts. =)

Haha, alright. Whenever he writes a new song, now he knows who to play it to first. =D I like how it's going. Would you like to have a thread, or are flooded with other threads already? xD If you're busy I don't mind waiting. Oh yeah, I think Damien would be a bit envious of Stephie (coz she's in a band, more or less xD). And he mighttt be a bit persuasive and tend to ask why she doesn't learn music. (Although he says "music can't be taught by someone else, it has to be learnt by one's self.") Anddddd he might bug her a bit on that.

And, I like that bit about the band and such. It adds a little twist. Haha. It's a cute twist. Stephanie would be one to insist that she has no musical abilities what-so-ever, she simply manages her other friend's band to some extent. Some type of back and forth teasing type relationship going on. I like it. =) Like you said, every friendship has their ups and downs. It makes it all the more exciting. =P

lila: Sure, they can be awesome friends in that way. xD Damien could be her shoulder to cry on, or something, maybe? I think that, despite their opposing personalities (somewhat), that they could be great friends. *reads Lila's plot page* Tone-deaf? Haha, Damien likes to believe that "everyone can sing; whether you can sing well, however, is a completely different question." xD Maybe this could be a small inside joke between them or something.

steph: Haha, yeah I kinda like that little twist too. xP Hmm, you can start it. I can never find the right situation to put plotted posts in. =/ But, yeah. Damien believes everyone has a musical ability, whther it's in songwriting, singing, playing, thinking of a beat or just dancing. He'd be slightly persuasive on this issue. =P

noelle: Hmm, I like that. Maybe they could make a tiny band of three or four? Damien is much more comfortable around small groups; he hates crowds. They make him feel small. xP Anti-party buddies? Haha, how about something like, whenever someone throws a huge party that all the 'it kids' are going to, Damien and Noelle would throw a tiny get together (also known as the anti-party) somewhere, maybe like a bonfire by the lake or something of the such? I don't know, that could be it. =P Maybe Noelle could be his relationship counselor... xD help him try to charm other girls (though both know that's impossible, since he blushes very obviously around a girl he likes). Something like that. But I like them together. =D They'd be good friends.
