&&Noelle couldn’t hold back that familiar grin once again as he nudged her. "This is one of my favorite places to be, really," And soon, Elle knew that this would be one of her absolute favorite places to be. If she wasn’t at home or at the shop, she’d probably be here and oh how she hoped she might run into this boy at the water’s edge once again. It was the most beautiful place in Brookside, in Noelle opinion. It reminded her of home and it definitely made her feel welcome. She had use to go to the beach back in California and just sit there just like she had been doing all day, here, at the lake, with the only difference of the lack of waves nearly knocking her over every 10 seconds- but the effect was quite the same. She thought she would miss the sparking blue water of the beach. Thankfully, this lake would do. Maybe this spot would be her safe haven, a place to get away from her mother and life itself. Unfortunately, a beautiful place like this would not phase time for the sun had disappeared once Damien sang his beautiful new lyrics.
&&”You’re amazing, you know that right?” Noelle laughed, scooting closer to the boy. As night was beginning to fall, she could feel that familiar icy breeze that came with it. Instinctively, she cuddled up to him for his warmth- like a penguin really. She looked at him for a moment before a sly smile, sauntered onto her face. Within moments, she grabbed a handful of the chilly water and tossed it into his face- just as she had done with the grass, grinning from ear to ear. ”Just a present from me to you.” Noelle winked, bumping his shoulder with her own as she looked up to see some stars beginning to pop out of their midnight blanket.
Ooc// bah! School leaves me museless all the time -_- sorry for shortness ]:

i couldn't sleep, i thought of nothing else, i needed help,
everyone was tellin' me you're movin' on with someone else Damien instinctively blushed as he heard Noelle's comment. No one in his life had ever called him 'amazing', save his older sister and his music teacher in middle school. Damien looked back up at the dark, vast space of air above him. A star or two had appeared, and, as sappy and cheesy as it was for Damien to say this, he enjoyed seeing those tiny little diamonds twinkle against the indigo arch of a sky. A cold breeze, a little harsher than the ones this morning, brushed over Damien and Noelle. He felt the sixteen year old cuddle into him. Instantly, he blushed a color that would make a freshly picked tomato jealous.
The seventeen year old boy looked down at the girl he had just came to know today. She was a nice girl, special in so many ways. She had her own opinions and felt no urge to hold them back, she had a sense of humor, and she could relate with Damien at times. The boy grinned, but was startled out of his mind when he felt a cold splash of water on his face. "Present?" Damien said, amused and challenging. "If that was a gift, consider this a blessing." Damien cupped a handful of the water, just as she had done, and splashed it at her.
But of course, Damien hadn't the best aiming skills. Carelessly he had splattered water not just on her face, but on her hair and slightly on her shirt as well. The teen let out a small 'eep' as he froze. Unluckily for him, this was not the grass they had been throwing around earlier. This was water, cold water. He leaned back a little further away from his new friend and looked at her from a distance (hopefully now out of harm's way if she wanted to achieve revenge), and with a smile that was both sheepish, apologetic and nervous, stating to himself as well as her, rather loosely, "Oops."

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - &&Noelle let out a shrill squeak of joy as Damien returned fire with an even bigger scoop of water than her own. Oh how cold that water was as it immediately dampened her hair and shimmied down her shirt. Lucky for her, Elle had decided not to wear a white shirt today, but rather a dark gray shirt. Unfortunately, it was a thin v-necked shirt made out of an absorbent wool material that stretched with the heavy water. She usually hated that feeling seeing that the shirt dragged her down when wet and sometimes even showed the outline of her bra- something she frowned upon, for Noelle was not a big fan of showing off her breasts or her bra or anything else for that matter. However, in this situation, she didn’t mind. Immediately her mind worked to get revenge. Adding to her shirt situation, her hair was now plastered along the side of her face- making her even more uncomfortable.
&&”Ooh I’m going to get you back for that, Mr. Wyle…” the sixteen year old said, completely ignoring his ‘oops’. She wasn’t mad at all, despite the fact that she had a cruel temper. Noelle had grown to like this boy. He wasn’t like anyone she’d ever really met. Sweet, funny and innocent. Way out of the ball park from the usual punk, rocker guys she flirted around back in her home town. It was a nice change and now, the games were to continue.
&&Noelle licked her lips, raising an eye brow before leaning forward, heaving forth a huge wave of lake water at the seventeen year old. The wave definitely hit, yet her efforts to splash him caused her to lose her balance. Noelle gave off another high pitched squeak as she fell straight in the water. However, as she fell in, Elle had managed to grasp onto the collar of Damien's shirt- hopefully not choking him. However, she hoped to have pulled him in with her, seeing that she clumsily fell into the lake herself.
