I know what you mean, it isn't the language as much as what
we have to do. I'm not a huge fan of reading in general, so
English class is torture. Especially what they make us read.

I KNOW!!
The essay's are always on stupid topics, and they are sooooo boring to write.
But they help us 'prepare for the real world'.
Like it really matters if I can cite a book in MLA format.
Frankly, I don't see why we have to take English at all.
People have lived for a long time without having a class in English. I think we'd be just fine without it. |
